This position offers a salary of $21.00 per hour for a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of recent experience as a Resident Manager, ideally overseeing 75+ units. Previous experience is a strong indicator of success in this role.
Present yourself with a professional attitude and appearance. Excellent communication and leasing skills are paramount.
Proficiency in YARDI, Word, and Excel is preferred. Being computer literate is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations is essential to ensure a fair and inclusive environment for all residents.
Handle challenges with ease and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.
While you’ll be part of a team, the ability to work independently is crucial.
A valid California Driver’s license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) candidates highly preferred.
